Generated Pages & publishing

Review article drafts, publish them, and connect destinations. Draft vs live publish mode is per project in Settings.

Generated Pages lists articles stored for the selected project. Open a row to read the body. Statuses include generating, draft, publishing, published, and failed.

Published means the post is live on a connected blog destination or on RankReactor’s partner blog. It does not mean the article only exists inside RankReactor.

Review generated pages

1. Select the project, then open Generated Pages.
2. Open a row to read the stored body. Generating pages may still say no content yet.
3. When a draft has a body, choose Publish to send it to your configured article destinations.

If Publish asks you to configure destinations, open Settings → Site integrations → Blog connection. See Projects & settings.

Draft vs live publish mode

Publish mode is a per-project default under Settings → Site integrations → Blog connection. It is not a global account toggle.

• Draft (the default) still delivers the article, but the destination keeps it unpublished so you can review there.
• Live publishes on the destination immediately after approval rules pass.

Require approval before publish also lives under Blog connection and is on by default. When it is on, generated pages stay in RankReactor until someone clicks Publish on Generated Pages (except Partner Blogger — see below).

CMS connectors and webhook

RankReactor’s publishing path is WordPress-first. Connect WordPress under Blog connection with your site URL and credentials, then enable that destination. You can also send articles to a webhook if you want a custom endpoint to receive the post.

Blog connection also lists additional CMS destinations. Enable only the ones you actually use and have credentials for — treat anything beyond WordPress and webhook as optional, not a requirement to ship.

1. Open Settings → Site integrations → Blog connection.
2. Set Draft or Live, and decide whether approval is required.
3. Enable WordPress (recommended) and/or a webhook. Save credentials for each destination you turn on.
4. A CMS destination and a webhook can be on at the same time.

Auto-publish from Generated Pages

Auto-publishing sends finished articles out of RankReactor without clicking Publish each time. Turn Require approval before publish off, and enable plus configure at least one Blog connection destination. RankReactor then sends ready drafts — articles that already have a stored body — on weekday mornings, Pacific time.

Each run sends up to five ready drafts per project, oldest first. You can still click Publish on Generated Pages at any time to send a page sooner.

Partner Blogger

Partner Blogger is a separate Settings toggle. When it is on, RankReactor can automatically publish generated articles to Technologyonthe.net, an aged domain hosting a tech blog. This is not the same as connecting your own WordPress or webhook.

Partner Blogger does not wait for the approval toggle. If it is on, RankReactor tries to publish each finished article there as soon as the draft is ready. Your CMS and webhook destinations still wait for approval or a manual Publish click.
